Oh Twitter verification, you elusive little minx, you! Since 2009, that coveted blue check mark has served as a crown identifying royalty among mere peons: rock stars, CEOs, athletes, and celebrities of every shade.
Twitter originally coined the badge to help you tell the real deal from fan or satirical accounts – a seal of authenticity. It means you’re getting the real thing. By extension, it also means that anyone who carries it has enough of a popular following to warrant imposters – a benchmark of popularity in itself.
In a nutshell,it separates the boys from the men and in a world that is now kind off controlled by what happens in the cloud,it is a big deal these days.
In the wake of Samini teasing Shatta Wale over him not verified on Twitter,I bring you a list of popular Ghanaians who don't have the most sought after "blue tick" and their respective handles.

1. Shatta Wale-The self-acclaimed  dancehall king has a handle @shattawalegh.

2. Pappy Kojo-He is literally loved by every lady who is into secular music.His handle is @pappykojo.

3. Guru-This guy has the knack for coining terms and has done that quite well with terms like "boys abr3" and "pooley" to his credit just to mention but a few.His handle is @gurunkz

4. Kafui Dey-The celebrated MC and Host of "GH Today" on GHone TV has just over 124,000 as at the time of this publication..You can follow him on twitter @KafuiDey to help increase his numbers.

5. Bola Ray-He is a celebrated tv and radio personality with several years of experience in the media fraternity. He is also the CEO of EIB(Excellence In Broadcasting),owners of Starr FM,Live FM and Kasapa FM just to mention but a few. Personally,I am surprised he is not verified on Twitter and he has an interesting handle in @TheRealBolaRay

6.DJ Black-He is the DJ every up n coming DJ in Ghana wants to be like.He has remained consistent and relevant over the years from his days at Radio Univers on Legon Campus and now works with Joy FM where he is head of music.His handle is quite simple and straightforward.Your guess is as good as mine.

I Was Star-struck When I Met Ofori Amponsah,Not Jay Z-Joey B

Joey B,speaking on Hitz FM concerning the topic of music sampling said he really likes Ofori Amponsah music explaining why he sampled his songs for his hits "otoolege" and "sweetie pie" ft King Promise. He went further to state that he was star-struck when he met Ofori Amponsah face-to-face but same couldn't be said when he met Jay Z at Roc Nation in the US.
