Joe Mettle's "Bo Noo Ni" Hits 1 Million Views On YouTube

  Perhaps Joe Mettle is enjoying the mileage he gained from winning the artiste of the year at this year's VGMAs as the video to his song  ‘Bo noo ni’, released on September 12th this year – a little over two months ago, has received impressive YouTube views and at the last time of checking had a million views. ‘Bo noo ni’ which featured Luigi Maclean is a Ga phrase which means ‘Only you’  and was released ahead of the ultimate God of Miracles album in September which rose as high as topping the iTunes Music Chart. All songs on the 13-track album were written by Joe Mettle except for ‘God of Miracles’ written by Pastor Edwin Dadson, Ogya and also the collection of songs in ‘The Experience’ track which are most credited to public archive.

Zeinab wins Ghana's Most Beautiful 2017

Ghana's Most Beautiful 2017 was brought to an end some minutes ago with the final held at the Accra International Conference Centre. After performances from each finalist namely Serwaa from the Eastern region,Baaba from Central region,Nana from Western region and Zeinab from the Northern region;the latter came tops albeit not so easy. For her price, Zeinab goes home with a brand new car and a trip to Dubai. The show was intermittently spiced up with performances from Kuami Eugene,Mzvee and Edem who performed just before the winner was announced.

KABA is dead

Freda Rhymz Is Winner Of MTN Hit Maker Season 6

                        After several weeks of breathtaking performances,MTN Hitmaker season 6 came to an end on Wednesday, November 1 at the National Theatre with Freda Rhymz having the last laugh. The Tema-based female rapper beat off stiff competition from Drew who placed first runner-up,Yaw Berk who took the third position and Xali who came fourth and thus becomes the first woman to win. The winner was announced by Berla Mundi who compered the  shoe quite well after the finalists had put up sterling performances to the delight of the very enthusiastic audience at the venue and to all who watched at home on their television sets via GHoneTV. Previous hit maker winners KurlSongx,Kidi and Koo Ntakra were on hand to wow the crowd to their good repertoire of songs. As winner,Freda takes home 100,000 cedis which is expected to cover costs in her music career such as studio recording, music video production and promotion of songs.
