  New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential Candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, 72, was last night declared Ghana’s 5th President of the Fourth Republic after an impressive performance in the 2016 presidential poll.
The three-time lucky NPP leader polled 5,716,026 to beat incumbent President John Mahama who had 4,713, 277 Electoral Commission Chairperson, Charlotte Osei announced Friday.
   I'm not here to bore or excite you with any long political analysis which are gradually becoming irrelevant but to bring to you the top six songs what will make this Xmas an exciting one for you if you are a party animal unlike me though; I prefer sober reflections lol. Below are the Xmas anthems as I call them

6.Jwe by Bisa Kdei-A lot of people felt he should have won the Artiste of the year last year which I didn't concur to though even though I agree he is a talented musician.His "jwe" song has been picking up steadily since it's release in June and is expected to blow up in December.

5.Samba by Guru:He has a way of staying relevant in the game with his music alone but his low media presence and few stage performances always let him down.Samba by Guru will make you dance even if u aren't a good dancer like Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur.

4.Problem by Stonebwoy:This song is deep and danceable at the same time,something M.anifest finds really difficult to do or better still doesn't want to do.


3.Onaapo(NDC Campaign song)-This is an epitome of a proper azonto jam that people will dance to irrespective of their political ideologies.There is a way of having the best campaign song but losing elections in Ghana..Remember 2008???

2.RNS by Sarkodie:This year has not been a particular fantastic one for "King Sark" as he calls himself. He has not really had a monster hit until now and that isn't vintage Sark.He was also involved in a very funny beef, many thought he woefully lost to deep lyricist ,M.anifest.We,however, predict RNS will do the trick for him.

1.Kpuu Kpa by Shatta Wale-This song is so funny and will be the official Christmas Anthem.For this one I'm so certain and can bet my service allowance of GH350 on it.Real artiste of the year for last year even though I'm a proud Elien(fans of E.L,the BAR,LOMI;too many monikers in one body) and this year too in my humble view.

I Was Star-struck When I Met Ofori Amponsah,Not Jay Z-Joey B

Joey B,speaking on Hitz FM concerning the topic of music sampling said he really likes Ofori Amponsah music explaining why he sampled his songs for his hits "otoolege" and "sweetie pie" ft King Promise. He went further to state that he was star-struck when he met Ofori Amponsah face-to-face but same couldn't be said when he met Jay Z at Roc Nation in the US.
